Forcemech offers a Worry-Free Warranty on all of our Powerchairs.
- Main Frame – 5 Years
- Motors – 2 Years
- Controller Unit – 1 Year
- Batteries – 1 Year
- Joystic Controller – 1 Year
There are exclusions to our limited warranty:
- Damage to the Powerchair caused by exceeding the weight limit specified for each model.
- Damage to the Powerchair caused by accidents or natural disasters.
- Damage to the Powerchair due to improper use and handling.
- Modifying the Powerchair with the unauthorized installation of components not from Forcemech.
- Consumables such as cushions, tires, and bearings are not covered.
- This Warranty does not apply to routine maintenance and adjustments.
- This Warranty only applies to the original buyer and is not transferable.
