Return & Refund Policy
At Forcemech, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing our electric wheelchairs and mobility equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your Forcemech Powerchair, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible orders. These policies apply only to purchases made directly through our website, unless otherwise noted.
1. Return Policy
Eligibility & Timeframe: Forcemech accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return or refund. All returns are subject to verification and approval by Forcemech. For orders purchased through a Forcemech Authorized Dealer, returns must be handled directly with the dealer. For orders purchased directly from Forcemech, the following return terms apply.
Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, please note the following.
- The Powerchair must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition for a full refund.
- The Powerchair must be cleaned and placed back in its original packaging.
- All accessories, components, manuals, and packaging must be returned in full.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- You must email support@forcemech.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) before shipping the product.
- Forcemech must receive and inspect the return before a refund can be issued.
- Any damages or missing parts while in your possession may result in a deduction or an adjusted restocking fee.
- Returns that arrive damaged, incomplete, or not meeting the above conditions may be rejected or qualify only for a partial refund.
30-Day Guarantee & Restocking Fees: For orders purchased directly from Forcemech.
- Unused and in like-new condition (within 30 days): Eligible for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Forcemech error.
- Used but still in good, re-saleable condition: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Used and affecting secondary sale (visible wear, missing parts, or damage): Up to a 50% restocking fee may apply.
- Replacement parts: May only be returned if unused and still in sealed, original packaging. No restocking fee applies if these conditions are met.
For orders made through an Authorized Dealer, all returns must be processed through the dealer and follow their policies.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Coverage: Approved refunds apply to the original purchase price of the product.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For non-defect returns (change of mind, incorrect purchase, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns caused by Forcemech (defects, shipping damage, or incorrect item), Forcemech will cover all shipping and handling fees.
- Unless otherwise stated, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return, you must obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
To request an RMA:
Email support@forcemech.com and include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Your reason for return
You may also call 1-(877)-90-FORCE for assistance.
Once your return is approved:
- You will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label (fees depend on the reason for return).
- Ship the Powerchair or parts back in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Once we receive the return, it will undergo a full inspection, including cleaning and testing. This process typically takes 1–2 weeks.
- If the product qualifies based on the conditions above, we will process the refund.
