Order Processing: All orders placed on forcemech.com are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping Within the Continental U.S: We offer free standard shipping to most areas within the continental United States (48 states) for all mobility products.
This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other non-continental or U.S. protectorate regions, where additional charges may apply.

Estimated Delivery Time: While we do not guarantee a specific carrier, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier availability. Common carriers may include FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Additional Charges for Certain Regions: Shipping rates may vary for non-continental regions (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. protectorates), rural or remote areas. In these cases, updated shipping fees will be shown at checkout or communicated before shipment.
